Ph.D. Concentration Checklist
1.
Complete the Graduate School Application (either download
the pdf above and mail directly to the Graduate School or
complete it online).
International students must complete the application by March 1
of the enrolling year.
2.
Submit 2 official transcripts to the Graduate School from each
institution attended, including all undergraduate and graduate work.
These must be submitted by the institution utilizing the
transcript release form in the downloadable materials.
3.
Have ETS submit an official TOEFL score to the Graduate School
for international students.
4.
Pay $35 fee to the Graduate School.
**This fee cannot be
waived.
5.
Review PhD application instructions (download
PhD application instructions). Then Complete the College of
Business Ph.D. application (down
load PhdD application ) and submit to the College of
Business.
6.
Submit 4 references to the College of Business.
7.
Have ETS submit an official GMAT score to the College of
Business.
8.
Complete the optional Application for Graduate Assistantship.
