Dr. Rush received the BS degree from Heidelberg College, the MA degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University, and the PhD degree in I/O Psychology from The University of Akron in. His interests lie in the broad area of social-organizational psychology concerned with motivation, leadership, attitudes and evaluation. Dr. Rush's research focuses on issues related to person-perception, leadership, cognitive attribution, and dynamics of behavior. His work has been published in outlets such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Social Psychology, Human Resources Management Review, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior and others.
