Dr. Neubert received his bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, his MBA, and his Ph.D., from the University of Tennessee. He has worked with Exxon Chemical Company, the National Association of Manufacturers, Apple Computer, and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He is an Research Associate Professor in Industrial and Information Engineering. His areas of interest include innovation and high tech industries, organizational change, operations management, and total quality management.
