Dr. Naoumova, a Visiting Scholar at UTK, Head of the Department of Management at Kazan State University, Russia. She got twice the teaching grants from the US Department of State in 1996/97 and 2000/2001, 2001/2002 academic years. Dr. Irina Naoumova was a Fulbright Professor at George Washington University, Washington DC and UTK. She is an expert of a Russian Chamber of Commerce in strategic planning and organizational development of small and medium sized businesses. She serves as regional academic advisor for Russian Federal Program of retraining managers. Dr. Irina Naoumova is working as a business consultant for several Russian firms in different industries and services. She is an author of numerous papers, one personal and two co-authored monographs on varies topics of management.
