Dr. Morris received his Ph.D. from The University of Tennessee. His research agenda reflects a multi-dimensional focus, including the effective processes and dynamics for analyzing, designing, implementing, evaluating, and marketing performance-based training programs that optimize personal and interpersonal growth and skill-building techniques of individuals and teams as they interact and collaborate in results-oriented ways through their diverse community and corporate settings. Dr. Morris’ specific research interests Work/Life Interface Issues, Occupational Stress, Collaborative HRD (Teambuilding), Sexual Harassment, Appreciative Inquiry, and Program Evaluation (Return on Investment). His work has appeared in journals such as Human Resource Development Quarterly, Family Relations, Journal of Child and Family Studies and others.
