Mr. Mills joins UT after spending 32 years at Procter & Gamble. His career with Procter & Gamble involved both domestic and international assignments. His last eight years were spent in Asia with sales responsiblity for Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, and India and profit responsibility for two business units. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Jack is currently president of Central Equipment Leasing, a Knoxville-based finance and leasing company.
