Dr. Lim’s major research interests include evaluation of learning transfer in multinational environments and evaluation of online learning and motivation. He has conducted several international training and consulting projects on performance improvement, performance technology, and e-Learning development. Recent instructional development demonstrated database application for online collaboration and problem-based learning. His new research focus has been on the validation of reusable learning objects utilized in instructional development and delivery.
