Dr. Rentsch on Army Senior Advisory Panel
Dr. Joan Rentsch served on a Senior Advisory Panel for the U. S. Army. The purpose of the panel is to review the research supported by the Army’s program on Leading Multinational Teams ($10-15 million distributed annually to fund research). She was selected to serve on the 6-member panel because of her expertise in I/O psychology, and especially because of her work in the areas of teams, culture, organizational behavior, and research methodology.
