The students will also be given the opportunity to strengthen and integrate the knowledge they have
gained in all other international courses.

Sofia, Bulgaria
Sofia has a history that goes back thousands of years. Through the centuries, many people have inhabited it and added to its rich and diverse history. The city was named in the 14th century after the basilica St. Sofia. In Greek, the word “sofia” means wisdom. In the 3rd century AD, the Romans built strong walls around Serdica (Sofia), then an important stopping point on the road from Rome to Constantinople. Today, Sofia is a modern city with a bursting cosmopolitan atmosphere, which offers a multitude of business and entertainment opportunities.
Thessaloniki, Greece
Thessaloniki was established in 316 B.C. by Kassandros and named after his wife, Thessaloniki, half sister of Alexander the Great. It means Victory in Thessaly. Thessaloniki was the second most important city of the Byzantine Empire. Today, it is the second largest city in Greece, but generally Thessaloniki is second to Athens only in terms of political importance and population. As for everything else, Thessaloniki is on par or ahead of Athens. This is a city with a very long and significant history which dates back thousands of years. Historical attractions in Thessaloniki include The Arch of Galerius, The Tsimiski Building, and The Rotunda. Other attractions in Thessaloniki include a variety of galleries and informative museums such as the Municipal Art Gallery, The Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art and more. For anybody who enjoys being out at night time, the selection of restaurants in Thessaloniki is excellent and there many other entertainment options.
