Criteria
1st Round Criteria
1. A description of the product or service.
2. What perceived need will this product or service fulfill?
3. Why is this a need?
4. How will the product or service meet the need?
5. "Vision Statement" as to
where the "entrepreneur" sees the business going and a Mission
Statement dealing with: "What do we do? How do we do it? For whom do
we do it?" Clear answers to these questions will reflect a degree of
thoughtfulness and understanding that will impact the entire process.
