Jumps Into Top-25
Supply Chain / Logistics Program Now Top-5
KNOXVILLE, TN —The University of Tennessee’s College of Business Administration’s undergraduate program is a Top-25 school among top-tier public institutions, according to the 2009 U.S. News and World Report rankings.
The college’s supply chain management/logistics program is Top-5.
Among business schools at top-tier public universities, UT's undergraduate program ranks 24th, up 12 positions from last year. The college’s supply chain management/logistics program ranks 5th among top-tier public universities, up one position from 2008.
Nationally, UT’s undergraduate business program jumped 15 positions to 43rd. The supply chain management/logistics program moved up to 7th.
"We are very proud that our undergraduate and supply chain / logistics programs are considered tops in the country," said Jan Williams, dean of the College of Business Administration. "Our enhanced programming in international business, supply chain management, and innovation and entrepreneurship is continuing to differentiate our programs. Our reputation as a college is definitely catching up with the quality of our offering."
